In case you haven't been reading the filings, GNCP went dark and the assets are now being controlled by PDIV. The preferreds moved over there and took the full control they held with them. GNCP as a common stock is dead.

The SEC is currently rewriting rule 15c2-11 that will probably end up meaning stocks like GNCP will not be able to be quoted anymore. Hopefully be enacted before the end of the year.
