Yes, that's just one of the many red flags ive seen. This CEO has been lying on Twitter about the merger and when that day came, he stopped talking about it and in fact, he was pushing another merger the following day A CEO with the right mindset would not tweet something like that a merger will close on Tuesday and forget about it the following week. This is a work of a scammer, plain and simple and ive seen it many times and saw it again with this self-apponted CEO.
