In regards to reinstating canceled shares, I asked Liz today and she replied with "That is what Tony told us, but not sure what he is doing."
So yes they are working on the details and no they have not shared any information with CLancy / Liz. (Tony telling them anything would be information in my opinion. no specifics that have been shared but I would imagine there is more to the story.)
The point is that, the reverse merger is a REAL DEAL and they are still working on it or shall we say "Ironing things out" Bottom line this should be wrinkle free by the time they are ready to announce to shareholders.
So the new information we have is:
New entity is a non-US. company, Issues are being ironed out and
reinstatement of canceled shares or share structure is being worked on.
With the right company and good news in the super 8k the share structure will not be that big of a deal. We can still be in the dollars by spring.
