Yeah, I could see the MM’s doing that to raise volume hoping that if they bring the PPS down low enough that they can scoop back those same shares. But that strategy only works when going up against those who should not be investing in the OTC and have no idea what the drug indications are good for. Any shares hitting my portfolios are locked and not leaving. So they can play the algorithm game all they want.
