If you remember correctly I posted that PLYCF needed to breakout on that Monday the 27th. I posted that I sold @ .078 in Bill Pannetta's room because it did not breakout. PYPR is different in that the MACD is showing reversal and we have forward looking events (20th) coming fueling buying pressure increasing our chances of a breakout here. We also have an established up trend with multiple runs and PLYCF only had a single run.
I just post charts and I am not afraid to say when a stock fails to breakout.
