I think he was asking what the letter actually said and not your OPINION on what you feel it says. Also the word used was “affirm” and NOT “confirm” so there’s always that.

Please provide a screen shot and link to this letter you say “confirms” the JV rather than the deal affirming letter the court mentioned. TIA
