R/S splits could become the method of funding/refunding joint ventures.

It's guesswork until we get Finiancial and the stopdrops distribution plan for the STOPDROPS - RSHN JV split

All news (R/S . good/bad)  now built into the PPS and mindset of stockholders.

outside of the management team can actually know the new direction they will take, otherwise it would be insider trading.

IMO
it's upward because of the consolidation taking place and progress with DC legislation.
