Slap is saying Ctso will be delisted from Nasdaq because its traded under $5 for 90 days, when if you do a quick google search you will find that the listing requirements are that it will remain listed on Nasdaq as long as it stays above $1. If it were to dip below $1 for 30 days it will no longer meet those requirements and it will be delisted back to pink sheets. He is sour that his short isnt paying off and he will be forced to cover soon.

These chumps say things like Delisted to get us to comment on delisting.. sp drops a little then they load up.
