The app is definitely not clunky. It's an active work in progress and is evolving. Those who are using it see the constant improvements first hand and it's only getting better.
It's not easy to use granted for those who are not good technology wise, but even for those types eventually it will become second nature just like any other technology we use every day that we don't stop to think about.
