In the USA, changes between Q ER's to the O/S is not be made available to the public.

Well it will be interesting to see what the total OS is when the Q4 filing comes out. If the OS has been reduced by 1.5M shares or more then we'll have our answer. Another quicker way to find out might be to contact whoever the company's stock transfer agent is and get an updated share count of the OS if that is available information for shareholders to access. Not sure if the company has an open policy on that. And just directly contacting the company's investors' relation person might reveal some insight as well. At any rate, it shouldn't be a secret that can't be disclosed because there's already been a filing report of sale on the shares being sold. And the big question is that everyone wants to know about is... Did the company buy back those shares? Should be a simple answer to that I would think.

Again I don't know a dam thing but may I make a suggestion? If you look at this article, the transaction between Valens and some dude from Wyoming is really obtuse. The writer, named Jay, from Deep Dive appears to know all about it through his research.

I have seen deep dive before and I'm now thinking that "Jay" may know some stuff related to the 1.5 million shares or point you in a direction.
