Good find on that announcement. The problem is that this announcement was made back (5/30/2019) before the dilution started affecting the stock price. It would be in INTV's and all shareholder's best interest, if INTV would do another statement such as this at the same time announcing all share funded debt is paid off and no new share debt is anticipated.
