From sources I know at MedTronic, they say not interested at all, but they might not be in that inner circle, or it’s a smokescreen.
They also currently have Interstim.

IF a larger stim company is the buyer, either Abbott or Nevro are better fits for Algovita and Virtis.

I’d prefer Abbott, as far deeper pockets. $200 million is pocket lint to Abbott.
