Look at the OTC notice we are TA Verified look at the OS count has not changed in months... its a dump of retail moving on but not a major dump as in dilution if thats what your inferring. Its getting down to a major PPS of where all who got in back in Oct and Nov paid for their shares...so rather then go RED they are selling now... as one poster said 0047 is the number
