Yes Possible 6-18 months, still need initial 8k with intent, 8k filing that names independent auditor (this is for SEC compliant vetting of every company that is prospectively merging) and then a S8K that is the actual merging of assets into the shell. This will require patience by shareholders imho Been trying to get any timeline information from GRN Holding IR. No response yet. Maybe others looking for an idea of timelines should email them ir@grnholding.com Hype (at this point in the process) needs to be replaced with facts to keep shareholders informed (when applicable) so there is no guessing. Again just a pragmatic opinion.
