You made the claim "My score isn’t even updating today."
Mine updates fine.
I respect your feeling, it isn’t something you would pay to use.
Corporate is what CRGS is after more so than retail IMO.

The employer will take action if the employee is not very alert. Safer for the employees as well as reducing accidents and insurance costs. All for $2.99 a month. The only ones that I see losing are the lawyers.
