THANKS plumbob & windy,
I didn't have that doc. It is clear that the royalties have no cap.

It is also clear that the '151 patent was judged to be willfully infringed. I find that amazing - the "dead rats don't grow" defense apparently persuaded the jury - go figure!

Now it's all down to the question of injunction and appeal.
