like 8-9 years ago due to a posting on ENTI during the ENTI/PTEL Music Matrix transfer...Play Box did a R/S and then it wasn't worth selling so I just keep the shares...

Guess would be it's a ride ...receivership would suggest a buyout or merger...imho
