Tothe I think I just answered my own question and I was misreading the report... Fidelity showed the previously held report date as of 9/30/19 and the updated column reflects the recent change as of 12/31/19 (still these numbers may not be the FINAL numbers correct - preliminary only as the numbers were reported by "13F data provided by: Factset Research Systems Inc.;Please send questions to ownership@factset.com)?
