There was no "stalking horse bidder" at all. That's clear from looking through the bid process and bids received, which are all documented in the 6th monitor's report.
There are no documents that are confidential at all from the bidding and liquidation processes that would affect the status of BioAmber, et al. That's absurd to even consider, as everything that happens to this company that affect its financial condition and that is applicable to the claims made against it has to be approved by the judge and disclosed in the court records. Understand? THEY CAN'T KEEP TRANSACTIONS A SECRET IN BANKRUPTCY/CCAA PROCEEDINGS AT ALL.
