Based on the cash balance as of 9/30/06 a lawsuit would net shareholders a whopping .00002 before legal fees. If Jim Bickel had any money don't you think he would have purchased some shares to show that he has faith in his company. As long as they stay on the pink sheets his signature means nothing. Why do you think S3 is still on the pink sheets?
