Where do you see the "over $100 million"/no cap?

The text of the Bloomberg news article states "20% of second $100 million". Even though it would take a lot of sales to reach it, that sounds like a cap.

The other unsettled issue is the statement that one of the counts of infringement was determined to be "willful", and the Plaintiff lawyers talking about the judge possibly assessing additional punitive damages.

Anyone have a leaglly informed view on that?
