I played CXCQ. It was the first Lazar ticker I played after researching custodianship plays and then deciding to only play Lazar custodianship plays, due to consistency of playable events. I don’t recall any R/S with it. And can’t find any evidence one took place. CXCQ hasn’t completed its merger yet!

GNTP had a 200:1 R/S, as part of the name and symbol change to ECXJ.

I see what you are talking about. I did miss that filing on NV SoS. The R/S and A/S increase haven't taken effect yet. That was filed in August, I'm beginning to think there are hang ups going on with this company and the RM going through. I'm wondering if they are having SEC/FINRA issues.

Part 2 of last response:

I was already out CXCQ by that time. I started messing with Custodianship plays with a $500 account, so I bid sat in between events, then cashed out on each run, to prep for the next dip before the next event. And spread funds over other tickers. Once I got that account built up over $5k, then I started working on pulling out my principle plus about 20% profit and keeping freebies on the table with each pop, so that by the time we went current, I was only holding freebies.

there hasnt been a RS of CXCQ at least not yet. 1-10 is pretty small if it does actually happen. Still waiting on the merging company officers. Annual report is due next week
