Well you put out an 8k and give the debt converters the meat they want to dump 25 mil into.. it seems... nothing in the 8k to justify 35% drop in pps. Normal otc crap. Of sell on news or filings... makes the whole pumping news is coming thing stupid.. right..lol

The entire "float lock" terminology simply refers to core shareholders who buy up a company's float, and all of them decide in unison to hold and not sell no matter how high the share price rises or how much value the company creates blah blah blah.

I'm not suggesting for a moment that's happening here or on any OTC stock...but that's what folks mean when they refer to "floats getting locked up" ok glty
