More than likely that one of the traders here has sold his shares at a higher price and now waants to take it lower so they can play the game over again as it's been played for the last 6 months. Once it's low enough traders will buy again in hopes the stock will go higher at which point they will sell again. The problem is that each day the stock goes without news the harder it's going to be to run it higher again. Expecially when new lookers see that each attempt to run the stock higher is very short lived before it gives it all up.
Bigger that some of those silly 911 share trades we have seen on several occasions at the close to paint the tape. Since the company never releases any news these paints are all traders have to move the stock.
