On the gray sheet or gray market the company sells shares to different people for furture use for different reasons. They sell the shares at a set price between the company and the buyer. There is no way unless you know someone from the company or the buyer to know the price.
All I know is there is a small sign of life and I am holding on to a little bit of hope.
