You are exactly correct and it's the game played here for the last 18 months. They run the share price higher, they sell, they wait for it to drop and they buy back in. Anyone doing any DD will find there is absolutely no reason the buy this stock. They talk about a Reverse Merger because that is the only thing left to pin their hopes on. Absoklutely nothingnto back it up. Every attempt to acquire other companies over the last 2 years have failed. There are no products,revenue or assets and 2 corrupt individuals in charge.
