It's not even possible to suspend KDCE for delinquent filings. They filed a 15-15D in 2010. These new clowns just started posting filings on Edgar as if it never happened, with a 10 year gap! They even filed an S-8. lol.. That in of itself is fraud. Making folks believe KDCE stock is SEC registered, when in fact it is not.
