on what value basis should it have gone over a penny? they are non reporting. they are delinquent filers. actually, the ticker could get suspended because they are not a 152g filer. there was zero news about what the new entity and merger were about. why on earth should it ever have gone over .01 in that condition? should not even have run to .007. should have not run past .003 without news.
