I have a local CVS near me and do not see dust... I don't go in a lot and when I do I never really looked for the CBD stuff. I suppose I should just so I know. I have always ordered mine online directly from the company.
However, out of curiosity, I have poked my head in a couple of the mom and pop shops I have mentioned and have NOT seen CBD+ .. one franchise shop sells their own product and the other sold stuff I recognize the names of, just not anything from CVSI.
