We need protected new drugs. Someone to oversee them and protect them. To Patent them is the best way we have from preventing bathtub mixtures. I have seen several cases where growers etc. are mixing up some MJ buds, some wild field MJ or even ingredients from ones medical cabinet and calling it MJ salves and ointments. Yes, we need to patent and have the American FDA stand behind new MJ drugs. We have this from the research done by OWCP and Israel's policing of new drugs for humans. L.A.W. M.D.

Thanks for that perspective. It was a lay person that requested info on the patent using the term pill. The patent authors conveyed many delivery types.
