It just seem like the some old thing about loan and second loan. Breach of first loan so never gave other 3 mil which would have gave them time to sell bert .They wanted the billions of conversion first so they controlled basically all the shares so their whole stance is they were right not to give the 3 mil. What else am I missing ?
