I guess we all have to get back to the Realtor example, no one cares about the realtor once the deal is done. The broker has no bearing on the end value of the stock. Certainly this whole Tony Bologna deal could be the cause of the delay but once ironed out and closed, Tony has no affect on value.

Worst case scenario, the new company would have to bring in a new broker or deal directly with Clancy. The point here is that we have the old company and the new company affecting the PPS. It would appear that the new company has lawyers that know exactly who Tony is and how to deal with him and the SEC appropriately.

No false information or sucking in of newbies or pumpers, in the end CLSIs value will be determined by the new company, not Tony.
