Let me be clear here, you will not see an 8K here, you know why? Because they are not a fully reporting company, they are an "Alternative Reporting". 8K is only for SEC reporting companies. What you, I and everyone else will see is the 2 more quarterly filings and an attorney letter and in the attorney letter should state who took over the company and how many shares were exchanged for the shell, thus relieve the previous management from their duties.
