Go back and re-read the Fortress / Andrea agreement
In the agreement Fortress has the right to approve or disapprove who Andrea does business with and what the terms are...
And the lump sum agreements with all of the aforementioned, Samsung, Dell, HP, etc.. again Fortress dictated the terms of the settlement, where in the lump sum agreement basically covered their own costs and attorney fees, and forget about on going residuals.
Basically ANDR is a sail boat in water with no sail....
Who ever (Doug, BOD, attorneys) guided them into this agreement with Fortress was clearly blind sided....
The only hope for ANDR at this point would be for Apple / Intel to win the case against Fortress, then at least the ownership of the patents would go back to Andrea
