I think I made a very stupid mistake in abbreviations in my previous post. What is worse I made that twice. No one corrected that so I am correcting myself. Not R/S but R/M. (Or RM). Reverse Merger that what I had in mind.
R/S can occur too but it is irrelevant to the story and does not have as such meaning. I am sorry.
