No, it was exactly the same. Only issue w/ the Illinois case was it was filed in Illinois. The 4 patents I posted earlier were taken from the NY filings.;

Brew: My post concerned the case in the Southern District of New York, which is quite live. That case was filed after the Illinois case was dismissed for lack of jurisdiction.
