Shawn has been an officer and director of Ethema Health Corporation since November 2010 and served as the President of all the Company’s subsidiaries including Addiction Recovery Institute of America. He was the founder and co-creator of the program used at the very successful Greenestone Clinic in Canada (previously owned by Ethema and sold in 2017).
Prior to joining ARIA, Shawn specialized in real estate development and public company finance. Shawn graduated with Honors in Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University in 1982. Shawn and his family are major shareholders in the Corporation.
