TTNP has put the RS talk aside for now so now just have to see if they can get it over a buck before March. They sold .25 to themselves and "accredited" investors(insiders) and they gave themselves free warrants with the same .25 exercise price so you know they are gonna try to push it as far as they can.
The offering actually gives the commons a value of .13 when giving effect of the warrants.
JMO - I haven't dug deep into the company just using basic analysis of my own.
