The thing that surprises me (or perhaps not because I'm getting used to it) is that apparently nobody talked to Fredly or Heng Ren or anyone else who joined the lawsuit about the reason for the voluntary dismissal.

They could tell you

1) They can't talk about it
2) They don't want to talk about it, or
3) They didn't think they had a case worth pursuing

But at least we would know something. Especially if it is 1) or 3)

This is rather critical. IMO, the only way we will get the stock up (significantly) is if they made some kind of financing deal. So if anyone has any information in this regard, you can contact me at
