There is nothing concerning about the note....I am amazed why people keep treating this infant start-up company as if it is a mature NASDAQ or NYSE company.
The key is that they get $500,000 that they don’t have to pay til January, 2021. The investor is not going to simply handed in that much money for one year, without making some money that looks very reasonable to me.
