It’s a completely false premise anyway to say “because KBLB is only $.19 now they can only get $.30”. They can get whatever a company is willing to pay for them and if their IP is exclusively protected by provisional patent, pending patent, or patent, then it has a whole lot of value once proven that they can mass produce with quality and consistency. The knowledge of this is not even close to reflected in the current share price. A Milliken being aware of this fact (without other large corporations aware just yet - potential bidders like Dow-DuPont) would likely bid excessively high to avoid a future bidding war. 500% of current sp might only be a starting point.

Mojo, you are only considering the normal premium of 50-100%. This situation would be the stunning premium kind. smile

The underlying issue which apparently completely escaped you was the fact that some believe the pps is being manipulated to stay right where it is and not above 20 cents....

Ummm, no, it has not escaped me. I realize some are stating this.

My implied reason being that 30 cents could be the agreed upon buyout price...

So you're accepting the idea that the SP is being held around $0.20 and has been for 6 months because, for some unknown reason, KT is waiting until he agrees to a buy out at an already agreed upon price of $0.30? You don't see any flaws in that "logic"?

they are willing to pay 30 cents and no more....thus Kim makes sure the pps stays at 20 cents...where it’s been for 6 months now...

I assume you meant to add "IMO" since we have no way of knowing if any of this is true or not. I know how upset some get with unsupported theories being thrown around so just trying to do my part.

The only question was is that enough for kim?

I think there are far more questions than this.

I say yes.... you don’t have to agree or disagree, but at least try to understand the scenario correctly...

Your entire buyout premise is based on the belief that KT has had a buyer lined up for 6 months or more that has stated they will pay no more than $0.30/share, KT has agreed to this and, for some series of unknown reasons has not yet executed the sale? He continues to move forward with production, had at one point stated an intent to up list by Thanksgiving, etc, etc but we should ignore all of that as smokescreen because he has secretly already put together a deal to sell at $0.30/share?

I'm trying my best to understand the scenario but it is fraught with so many assumptions and unknowns I'm struggling to accept it as plausible.

I think you're right, we'll have to agree to disagree on this one.

Wow, this is absolute nonsense, and you know it.
