Looks like it may be a touch lower than 9.5% now as the last PR made it look closer to 9% now but I haven't had that confirmed as yet.

After I took the tour of Lode's properties, we had a discussion with some Board Members and Corrado about splitting up Daney as it is actually 4 parcels being marketed as one. The parcels broken up would attract different buyers as some is Residential and other is commercial. I think this new price is the not for the same and is intended to help move them to closing quicker.

They have broken the property into two listings. The Daney Ranch itself for $2.6 mil and the adjacent acreage for $1.1 million.
