Afraid the situation is not that positive and ideal as you draw it. Facts/numbers/history/experience are looking diametral . And completely blinding out and ignoring the obvious fraudulent intentions of the officer(s) is IMO unserious and doesn't fit your otherwise always well meaning basic attitude.

What’s your thought on more dilution coming after the RS? Well...will there be any dilutions or would they be able to generate enough revenue to keep the lights on?
