I remember when everyone was touting the success of Warbington and Dickerson in a previous venture. Many stated that "they didn't want to miss out on their next business opportunity" and that was why they invested. I'll admit I was hopeful because of that fact. Now, here we are two years later and many of us are down thousands if not tens of thousands of dollars with a RS looming. Ownership has gone silent on us. The last PR came in October and told us how we would be awarded for our patience, the next day a RS was dropped on us.
I typically don't like the negativity of bashing management but at this time, unfortunately, it's warranted. I did reach out to ownership a few months ago asking for a conference call to shed some light on current happenings. I did receive an appreciated response in a timely matter but the content was generic. "Given CELZ has no analyst coverage and the Company is considered a micro-cap, a shareholder call would not be consistent with standard norms and practices". Basically a no information response.
