The OTCMarket site was updated on 15 Jan and again today 17 Jan and is showing 10 Billion. Prior to 15 Jan I believe the last update was 15 Dec which was 900 Million.
Seems strange that the in PR it states there was a reduction in liabilities to note holders in exchange for equity. It was surprise me to see some filings show up in the next few days. If they filed them late today they might not show up until Tuesday because of the holiday. Just my take.
