First Suncor , no they are not partners , the process to seperate the rare earths from the foam will use the MART process and Ucore would get a royalty .
Now TMRC no process is as good as MART and any company will by my understanding pay a royalty to use it . Ucore has what i hear is 60 companies that they have contacted that will use the MART process in manufacturing.

One big advantage Ucore has is the State of Alaska will give Ucore a low interest loan somewhere around $150 million for mine and mill construction .
