EMBR of California merged with Sovereign Oil in February 2013!

February 23, 2013, and all operations of Embarr Downs, Inc., along with all the prior assets and liabilities were spun off through Sovereign Oil, Inc.; thereby, affecting a reverse merger with Embarr Downs of California being the surviving Company.



On August 20, 2013, the acquisition closed and under the terms of the Agreement Embarr Downs was the surviving entity. The Company selected August 31 as its fiscal year end.
