Considering he has financed the company on multiple occassions, traveled the world seeking investment, brings together 30 years of mining and CEO experience and vital contacts in finance, mining and government and is building a billion dollar operation, I think his salary is fair. Consultants alone would bill that much and nobody with his experience would take on the role and enormous pressure of the responsibility to see the project through for less. Yes the mines making no money but that doesn't mean there is any less work to do. Without MS we would never have gotten this far. For Denver where he lives, its maybe at the top of the mid range of income but not extravagant given living expenses for the area.
