Why cant it be that they want to bring more attention to the stock to increase volume foor the shareholders benefit? Or to off set the effect of an attack such as hindenberg did to the position. Just saying remember the managment has an interest in seeing the prices go higher especially longterm because of the restrictions that they are allowed to buy and or sell under. Or as in many cases just plain and simple minipulation.

it also means that massive dumping will come soon. PRED and friends of PRED insiders hired some promoters to pump the stock so that they can dump their shares unto the bag holders. These bag holders cant accept losses so they buy more as PRED goes down. God Bless them!
