Well, I guess when the "company" (LOL !!!) is located in 3 or 4 different residential houses depending on what filing or PR one happens to read on any given day (run down "WORLD HEADQUARTERS" LOL !) it makes it kinda tough to pin down that ole phone number thingy?

Do they even have a desk and office in those old beater houses, cough cough, "headquarters buildings" ? Maybe the phone service got cut a long time ago?

Personally- I'd call the local country clubs and just ask for Timmy by name, at the bar of course. Aka 18th "watering hole" should do.

Second place to look- the local strip joints, he seems like they'd know him by "name" in those places too, given the well known, easily available public info, LOL !!
